New Logo

We are launching our NEW Division called “proVIP Contracting”.  Primarily to emphasize that parent company Pro Deck Ltd. is a very rounded company in the renovation industry in the Greater Victoria area of South Vancouver Island.

We have kept the shape of our NEW logo recognizable.

Our many years of experience comes not only from renovations but new construction as well.  The owner is a Journeyman Carpenter with experience in all aspects of residential construction from Character Houses, New Houses to Multi Unit Buildings.

Our tradesmen are expert in leak repair investigation and repair from walls, windows, doors, wood and concrete decks, foundations and roofs…. and are well versed in the CMHC “Best Practices Guide” for coastal B.C.

We have developed many of our own methodologies for waterproofing and rain screen renovations.

Click thru our web site, check out our Blog posts, make comments or ask questions and follow us on Twitter….. anything at all about any aspect of construction.  If we don’t have the answer, we’ll get it…. our sub trades are the best in town, we guarantee it.

 Our Team

Our Team has many years experience in all aspects of residential construction and renovations….. totalling more than 50 yrs.

We have developed many proprietary methodologies for use in our waterproofing and building envelope work.

Our overhead has been kept in check during these tough economic times so that we can be around to continue to offer expert, quality workmanship at fair prices.

We are trusted by many local Builders and Property Managers since 1988.
